Kenna Clarke is based in LHDK&W’s London office and practices in the areas of international arbitration and shipping law, including in relation to shipbuilding disputes.
Ms. Clarke is experienced in advising clients in a broad range of commercial arbitrations, including those governed by LMAA, SCMA, SIAC, LCIA and ICC rules.
Ms. Clarke began her career by clerking for the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes of the Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, before going on to practice as a litigation associate in the United States, dealing with a variety of commercial matters in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining LHDK&W, Ms. Clarke practiced in the London and Singapore offices of an international law firm, assisting with complex commercial disputes.
Ms. Clarke is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and is also admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars and to the District Court of New Jersey. Ms. Clarke earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.S. Summa Cum Laude from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University.
