Kory Nason

Kory Nason is an associate in the Newport Beach office and a member of the Tort and Products Liability Group. His practice includes product liability litigation, consumer law and warranty litigation, business and insurance defense, and commercial litigation. With a focus on representing domestic and foreign motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors, Mr. Nason’s practice concentrates on discovery procedures in complex litigation.

Prior to joining Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey, Mr. Nason developed his litigation skills while defending clients in personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. He also has experience in Workers’ Compensation matters as well as criminal defense representation.

Mr. Nason is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts of California and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law. While in law school, he graduated with Scholastic Merit, having been on the board of the Tort Law Society, Student Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta. At California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), Mr. Nason obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Emergency Management. He also obtained his M.B.A. at CSULB while attending law school.
