Marc Vitolo represents and advises domestic and foreign business enterprises in matters ranging from day to day business operations to the development and implementation of major transactions and business agreements. Mr. Vitolo works closely with in-house legal departments and serves as outside corporate counsel for several business entities.

Mr. Vitolo has extensive experience in the negotiation, structuring and preparation of agreements and documentation for a wide range of transactions, including sales, service, finance, licensing, technology, distribution, marketing, business formation, strategic alliance, and acquisition transactions. Mr. Vitolo also has extensive experience handling commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Vitolo works with banking institutions and borrowers regarding commercial lending/loan documentation issues. Additionally, he has experience handling and supervising business litigation matters, including creditor/debtor matters, on behalf of such institutions.

Mr. Vitolo’s legal and business background, which includes a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (with an emphasis in the areas of Finance and General Management), enables him to provide effective and efficient legal counsel to assist decision-makers in achieving their business goals and objectives.
