Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey attorney Eric Olson recently spoke at the ABA International Section’s conference in Seoul, Korea on topics relating to international arbitration.
Eric presented as part of a panel entitled “Ensuring Equitable Relief is an Option in Arbitrating Technology Agreements.” Eric spoke on issues relating to obtaining and enforcing equitable relief under American and English law. He was joined on the panel by Ms. SeungMin Lee of Shin & Kim (Seoul), Mr. Young Seok Lee of Rosetta Legal (Seoul), Ping Gu of the Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai), and Mathew Kendrick of Daimler Greater China (Beijing).
Eric is dual-qualified as a United States (California) attorney and Solicitor of England and Wales and has a complex international litigation, arbitration, and strategic counseling practice. Eric represents clients in commercial disputes before state and federal courts, in international litigation and arbitration matters, and in sensitive investigations and government inquiries. Eric is based in the firm’s Orange County office.
