Susan R. Peck represents clients in a full range of civil and business litigation, including products liability, contract disputes, insurance bad faith, real estate, professional liability defense, trademark infringement, and entertainment disputes arising out of distribution and employment agreements. Her practice includes representing domestic and foreign motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors. She is an expert in discovery procedures and systems for complex litigation. Ms. Peck also handles consumer law, and lemon law matters involving the Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Consumer Protection Act, and National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigations.

Ms. Peck graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law Center, and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Peck is fluent in French and Spanish.
