Yvonne Dalton

Yvonne Dalton is a partner in the firm's Newport Beach office. Her practice focuses on government regulations, product liability litigation and complex class action defense, with a focus on the automotive industry and other consumer products.

Ms. Dalton works with foreign and domestic manufacturers and distributors and regularly consults on compliance issues on both the federal and state level. She has represented Korean and German automobile manufacturers and distributors as well as foreign consumer product companies in defending complex product liability and consumer fraud cases on an individual, multi-state and class action level. In addition, Ms. Dalton specializes in analyzing automotive regulatory issues whether it be safety or emissions related. She is also experienced in compiling and analyzing information relating to potential safety issues in order to assist with responding to NHTSA inquiries.

Over the years, Ms. Dalton has developed a highly specialized expertise in the area of e-discovery and its impact on litigation in today’s legal environment. She is responsible for coordinating overall strategy for preservation, collection, review and production of ESI. She is the lead defense attorney for developing strategy on e-discovery issues and creating defensible and efficient e-discovery practices for her clients.

Ms. Dalton is admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
