Soojin Youn

Soojin Youn is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey, where she handles general business transaction and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Youn worked at boutique family law firms in Los Angeles and the District of Columbia, filing complex motions, conducting discovery, drafting agreements, and managing negotiations. Ms. Youn’s experience includes high-asset property divisions, business management, breach of fiduciary duty and cross-border procedural issues.

Ms. Youn gained valuable civil litigation experience during her law school internship with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in the Civil Division. She also interned with Yulchon in Seoul, Korea, where she gained meaningful exposure to antitrust and labor issues for global companies and international regulations on distributions agreements.

Ms. Youn is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the District of Columbia. Ms. Youn is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California.
