Paula S. Haddad

Paula S. Haddad is an associate in the Newport Beach office and a member of the Tort and Products Liability Group. Her practice includes product liability litigation, consumer law and warranty litigation, business and insurance defense, and commercial litigation. With a focus on representing domestic and foreign motor vehicle manufacturers, Mrs. Haddad’s practice concentrates on discovery procedures in complex litigation.

Prior to joining Lee, Hong, Degerman, Kang & Waimey, Mrs. Haddad developed her litigation skills while defending companies, property owners, operators, and managers against product liability and premise liability claims. Mrs. Haddad also has experience in the representation of physicians and healthcare institutions in medical malpractice disputes.

Mrs. Haddad is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts of California and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Mrs. Haddad clerked at two litigation firms and completed her mediation training. She went on to perform mediations at the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, where she helped predominantly low-income residents in Los Angeles County resolve a variety of disputes. Mrs. Haddad obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
