Paul W. Park

Paul W. Park is an associate in the Newport Beach office and a member of the Tort and Products Liability Group. His practice focuses on product liability litigation, business and insurance defense litigation, and general civil litigation. With particular emphasis on representing domestic and foreign motor vehicle manufacturers, Mr. Park concentrates his practice on discovery procedures in complex litigation, where he applies his technical expertise and analytical skills to coordinate national discovery efforts, manage voluminous document productions, coordinate expert witness discovery, and develop comprehensive discovery responses that protect client interests while satisfying disclosure obligations.

Mr. Park's litigation experience encompasses all phases of civil disputes in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients through pre-litigation investigations, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and appeal. His work includes defending manufacturers against alleged product defect claims, representing insurance companies and businesses in personal injury and premises liability matters, and counseling businesses and non-profit corporations in commercial disputes and employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Park represented insurance companies, businesses, and non-profit corporations through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic and practical considerations that drive successful defense outcomes, particularly in cases requiring coordination among multiple stakeholders and efficient resolution of high-exposure claims.

Mr. Park received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as the Senior Technical Editor of the Loyola Law Review.

Mr. Park is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
