Joseph S. Park

Joseph S. Park is Of Counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office where he handles both transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Park’s experience includes white collar criminal defense including antitrust related matters, internal investigations, discovery and forensic reviews, contract negotiations and reviews, estate planning, and finance.

Prior to his legal practice, Mr. Park had an extensive career in consulting, audit, and risk management for professional services firms including Deloitte & Touche LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP and public utility companies including Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Southern California Edison.

While in law school, Mr. Park was a judicial extern for the Hon. Harvey A. Silberman in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the California Department of Justice, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Park is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California with an experience in reviewing, auditing, and analyzing financial statements and advising clients on accounting and internal control matters. In addition, Mr. Park is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).

Mr. Park is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
