Jong Hyun Edward Lee is an associate in the Los Angeles office where he handles both transaction and litigation matters. Mr. Lee’s experience includes products liability and employment defense and commercial litigation.

During his tenure with the employment litigation team, Mr. Lee played a pivotal role in obtaining a favorable decision for the County after a year-long administrative trial before the Los Angeles Civil Service Commission. Mr. Lee’s experience also includes defending vehicle manufacturers against Song-Beverly Act claims, including Honda, Ford, and Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Lee also defended premises liability claims on behalf of municipalities such as the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego.

Mr. Lee is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) registered with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is certified to handle matters regarding U.S. privacy laws.
