Bruce M. Boyd has extensive and long-term legal experience, both in private practice and as an in-house counsel, in domestic and international project finance, cross-border transactions, real estate and development matters. His experience has focused on a broad range of project finance and development projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors; real estate development, acquisition, finance, leasing and debt-restructuring transactions; cross-border business and finance projects; documentation and negotiation of commercial agreements for technology companies; mergers and acquisitions; general corporate matters; and domestic and international asset-secured transactions. In addition, Mr. Boyd has experience in financing due diligence issues for international multi-lateral development banks; complex trade finance transactions; and the application of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) to international and domestic finance, real estate and corporate projects.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Boyd has taught real estate, business and international commercial law courses at several colleges in California and was a Teaching and Research Fellow at the All-India Law Institute in New Delhi, India, where he authored a comprehensive study of the legal restrictions on the Indian film industry. Mr. Boyd has also published several law review articles and sections of legal books on international real estate, finance and the FCPA. He has published articles on international real estate law for the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar Association.

Mr. Boyd has previously served as the General Counsel of the Asian Business Association of Silicon Valley. He also has served as an officer and a board member of the Executive Committees of the International Law and the Real Estate Law sections of the State Bar of California.
