
Peter J. Rho is a partner in the transactions group. He advises U.S. and international clients on a broad range of transactional matters including corporate law and domestic and cross border deals. He serves as primary outside counsel to companies and entrepreneurs in various sectors, including banking, lending, investment banking, venture capital, finance, technology, entertainment & media, real estate and general commercial business.
Mr. Rho has experience in the negotiation, structuring and preparation of agreements and documentation for a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private structured finance, private placements, commercial real estate transactions, corporate formation and governance, music, film and television production, publishing, licensing, distribution, merchandising, sponsorships and endorsements. Mr. Rho also manages client litigation, intellectual property, labor & employment and insolvency matters.
Mr. Rho is the Board Chair and Immediate Past President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the KHEIR Center (past Chairman of the Board from 2011-2018). He is an active member of the Korean American Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
