Logan S. Park is an associate in LHDK&W’s Los Angeles office, where he handles transactional and litigation matters for domestic and international clients. At LHDK&W, Mr. Park has successfully assisted clients with complex matters such as cross-border transactions and high stakes litigation. Prior to joining LHDK&W, Mr. Park worked at an employment litigation firm representing clients in class action wage and hour, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits. During his time there, he prepared and filed numerous substantive motions, including class certification.
Mr. Park received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he also received the Steven Cash Nickerson Scholar in Law Award. During law school, Mr. Park was an extern for the Honorable Stephen C. Williams at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and served as the treasurer, vice president, and president for the Korean Washington University Law Students Association. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Park received a B.A. in mathematics with a second major in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Park speaks, reads, and writes Korean fluently and is licensed to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
