Navdeep K. Singh is an associate in the Los Angeles office.  He has a wide array of experience in general business and commercial litigation, including class actions and complex, multi-party litigation across multiple jurisdictions.  He began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he represented pharmaceutical and insurance companies in mass tort litigation nationwide.  Navdeep has also defended some of the nation’s largest commercial banks and lending companies in state and federal courts across the country. Prior to joining the Firm, Navdeep was an associate at a prominent litigation boutique in Los Angeles where, among other matters, he helped successfully defend some of the country’s top mortgage originators in several breach of contract and put-back actions in federal courts.

Navdeep obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley where he double-majored in history and political science.  He obtained his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  He is admitted to practice Law before all California and New York state courts; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.

Navdeep is fluent in Hindi and Urdu, and conversant in Spanish.
