Orange County Office
Jessica Avery is an associate in the Orange County office and a member of the Tort and Products Liability Group. Her practice includes product liability litigation, business and insurance defense litigation, and general civil litigation. Mrs. Avery has experience defending domestic and international corporations against personal injury, contractual, construction, and business related claims.
Mrs. Avery earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Los Angeles with honors. She also studied British History and Literature at the University of Cambridge in England. Mrs. Avery received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School where she was awarded a full academic scholarship. While at Loyola Law School, Mrs. Avery was Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. Additionally, Mrs. Avery served as a judicial extern for Justice Thomas Willhite of the California Court of Appeal.
Mrs. Avery is admitted to practice in the State of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
