Anika Padhiar is an associate in the Orange County Office. Her practice focuses on products liability and class action defense.
Ms. Padhiar’s experience includes civil litigation in personal injury, class actions, corporate and business law, and contracts. She also has criminal law experience at the defense and prosecution level. While in law school, Ms. Padhiar completed internships at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and the California Office of the Attorney General. She was also a judicial intern at the San Diego Superior Court. As an intern at the California Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Padhiar successfully argued cases before the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Divisions 1, 2, and 3.
Ms. Padhiar received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law, graduating cum laude. Ms. Padhiar was a member of the California Western Law Review and California Western International Law Journal. She also received academic achievement awards in Legal Skills and Legal Research & Writing and was the recipient of scholarships for Academic Merit and Ethnic and Cultural Diversity.
